Hi Everyone!
I am on my 10th day today. I started out with only water, but in three days it was very overwhelming, so I switched to homemade juices. I've lost alot of weight and have had a lot of time to contemplate my upcoming diet change. I'm not sure how long to go with this fast. What do you guys think? What are some experiences with 21 or 30 or 40 day fasts with only juice? Just a question
