I was under the impression you were reporting that Lugols did the most good for you. I would put Lugols in the category of natural remedies. I take it too. It has definitely helped me reach another plateau.

My first plateau was after four months on bloodroot when my warts and moles stopped itching, and I wasn't wheezing any more. I thought I was well and went off the herbs. For the first thirty days I experience vibrant health. Then I started to feel a little creaky, but not bad enough to take bloodroot again. Two month later I got really sick, almost over night, and it became very apparent to me in a matter of two days, that I was going to be dead in no time, if I didn't get back on the bloodroot and cleanse my system regularly and systematically for a while.

I am only relating what I have learned about my particular condition. If it does not apply to your situation, then I am sure your experience will help far more people than mine. After all, I'm just a blond.
