I didn't have any real digestion problems that I knew of. I've read as we get older our digestion doen't work as well. I'm big on prevention!!

About 3 years ago my cholesterol was really high - 371. I learned that our body makes cholesterol to patch up tears from undigested food... so in order to lower cholesterol I needed to be sure that my food was digesting properly.

Along with a few other therapies and liver flushes I lowered it to 194 without prescription drugs. That was the reading last September.... it's probably lower now.
