At least this is what my sister was told .... she was taking iron for anemia and much later discovered that she had a horrid infestation of all kinds of parasites.

It may be if you get rid of the parasites, you get rid of the anemia.

It seems I've read that iron can cause constipation too.

There probably are more natural ways of building up your blood.
