Hi and thanks for the input. It helps.

Problem is during the evening after I have had my meal around 7 or so I pick on things like nuts (good protein) dried fruits (raisins, cherries) and so on.

And, then by the time I remember I have to take the last two caps I remember I haven't had enough time to get my stomach empty.
