We both take Natural Factors Bromelain 500 mg. capsules.

I take them often because they aid digestion, and may kill some parasites or parasite eggs as well. For sure they will break down dead ones. My sister had some long tape worms that when they died they tangled up and gave her a problem comming out when she forgot about taking bromelain.
