Charly: What kind of Bromelain did your sister use - I used to take Jarrow - even though I never take tablets these were great - after eating I blow up (must be parasites because I am a vegetarian and don't eat garbage) but after taking a Jarrow Bromelain I would get relief.

I did not know it broke down proteins - I thought just everything but.
