I have bad constipation because of my severe anemia - this is because I have to take iron tablets 3 times a day until I can find out where the problem is.

In the meantime, if I don't take 2 to 3 grams of vitamin c and magnesium I cannot go and even then this is just once a day.

What do you suggest - that oxypowder is so damned expensive.
