I use the protocol at

--except I use way less of the inositol hexaniacinate.

I tried Lugol's but am much happier with Iodoral - tho I do use Lugol's topically for a number of things.

I started out with 50 mg. but had to back off and restart more slowly because the bromide detox snuck up on me particularly with fatique and brain fog. The salt water helped a lot with that. You just have to experiment and make sure you are taking the companion nutrients.

There are some people who tolerate huge amounts with no side effects and others who have a hard time with 12 mg. You'll find out where you fit in to this range.
