Anyone feel like sharing their current protocol/dosages for Lugol's supplementation?

Also, those who are or were doing larger dosages of up to 50mg / day ... what results did you find, in the final analysis? Can you share the benefits of hindsight into these larger dosages?

If you were just starting out, would you again work your way up to larger dosages, for a specific time?
