Hi: I think it's too late for the 2 night time capsules tonight - I had a piece of bread and some Greek cheese. And, I am afraid to take them too close to bedtime because I also have insomnia - lucky me - but I will clean myself out if it's the last thing I do.

I also did a great sinus cleanse tonight with this new tye of netti pot - it is really a huge syringe with some type of bulb on the end which inserts into the nostril - you then tilt your head and push the plunger. Oh what relief - this place has also made me disgustingly sick with constant sinus pains, headaches - I never knew what sinuses were till we came here but thank god, we are LEAVING....me and my two little girls with whiskers whom I love very much.

OK - sorry for going on -too late tonight for the caps but from tomorrow on I will make sure I have a protocol for my evening caps - I cannot wait for the results.
