I've forgotten to take them a couple of times before eating in the evening too. Just wait about an hour or so before taking the humaworm capsules. Be sure you don't forget to take them before going to bed.

The herbs start working fast - I think it varies with different people. But if you have flu symptoms it's most likely die-off. Most of us have several kinds of paarasites - some may die easier and quicker.

Did you drink several glasses of water today? We need half our weight in ozs. usually adding up to 6 to 8 glasses of water. It's needed to carry off the toxins and ammonia that dead parasites emit.
