Nose flushing is great. Just don't use toxic water.

NEVER oxycleanse, its a trash product in my opinion, Never enzymes from a pill, use fresh pineapple and fresh fruits.

If you kill Candida Bacteria, then you die. You balance the bacteria and they keep us alive.
