Actually, to kind of clarify, a lot of the above suggested modifications are kind of far-fetched, though (in the post just above me)

Mainly, it is for adding kombucha or herbs or something. But overall, nobody would use cumin (ew!), nobody would eat salads and call it the mc or a fast, period, either.
