Not everyone is ready to be saved. Plus, lacking credentialsk like an MD, few would listen to such a person. There's a lot of people out there who think they know about curing, when in fact their information is demonstrably incorrect, and often more harmful than good. A little bit of piss spills the whole barrell of wine, and in the cases you describe regarding modern medicine, the barrels is mostly piss.
