Hello,

Could someone please clarify the types of manna bread I can eat as some of them have a list of ingredients on the avoids.
Is it possible to eat white bread? I know this is not a good weight loss choice but does white bread have no gluten or only some white breads?

Also what is turkish white bread? Is that pita?
