I'm maintaining my weight (on the scale) eating this way ... however, my clothes are somewhat looser, and I seem to be a little firmer (if that's possible in my situation.) You see, I'm not able to exercise the way I'd like to ... medical problems are in the way ... but I am still pleased with this lifestyle; it fits in perfectly!!!

I'm so glad to have found y'all!!!

How are y'all doing?
