I started using optimox's product cogimax for my brain and it helps. Optimox is Abraham's company that produces iodoral. He's also done a lot of research on silica's role in the brain. Gotta say...I think Abrahams is in his 90s and still producing research. Anyone's that seen him says he's sharp as a tack so he's doing something right.
