Go to the video webpage on YouTube (example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXUx_juHXXU
)
Copy the HTML code from the form field called: "Embed"
Paste the HTML code into the body of your message, while editing your message with plain text editor.

Click on the button: [ Email-Blog-Post to MySpace ]
Click on the link that reads Embed HTML
Copy the HTML code that appears in the form field
Paste the HTML code into the body of your message, while editing your message with plain text editor.
Click on Submit.
