I did the lemon juice fast (master cleanse) for 10 days.

I was losing too much weight.

I am a 5' 10" male and I started at 165 lbs and ended at 146 lbs in only 10 days.

I had to stop because I couldn't afford to lose any more weight. It's been about a month and a half now since the fast and I have only gained about 2 lbs back. I look emaciated and this has only left more more self-conscious.
