I don't have much time, but quickly

your statement "You know, we are supposed to enjoy unalienable rights to life and liberty - it was written into our constitution by our founding fathers"

finds no support in any constitution. To my knowledge, there is nothing in any state constitution that says anybody is supposed to enjoy anything. I'd be interested in seeing what you are referring to.


I agree we need to be vigilant, eternally, to keep others from stealing liberty and replacing it with shackles.
