I am a 35 year old male and I am in good health. I urinate more frequently (10-14 times a day and once or twice at night)than most people it seems. I drink about 75-100 oz of water a day. I am not sure if this is normal to go this many times a day or not. Seems that as soon as I urinate, I feel a slight sensation to urinate about 30 minutes later, but I can hold for another 45min or hour before I go again. Am I the only one who experiences these symptoms or is this relatively normal?
