The fissure is internal, 10cm from the anus.The difficult thing about it is that the internal sphincter is always tense and doesn't leave the fissure to heal.

I have tried vit E enema in the past for some good period of time with no results.Also have done lots of CS enema, both liquid and gel to no avail again.

The trick is to paralyse the internal sphincter to let the fissure heal properly.
I have read about botox(botulinum toxin which paralyses temporarily the sphincter)but it is doubtful still.

Today I started another product which bought from amoils.com . It says eliminate temporarily wheat, dairy and Sugar when on this therapy.I haven't eaten Sugar for 2 yrs now.So I stopped eating wheat and dairy.
