The 'lines' in my nails are nearly invisible, but I know they are there. I hadn't heard that about 'malabsorption', but that makes perfectly good sense that a good parasite cleanse would improve absorption and, thereby, ones nails.

I've only noticed that mine are nice and firm now, in the past week or so, and my toenails are really firm. The ingrown one has stopped hurting.

My cleanse ended last December 15th.
