Congrats on your remarkable health turn around. It is good that you are not scrimping too much on the carbs - some are very essential. Or overdoing it on the fats. I have some concerns about those who follow a strict Atkins diet just as I do the strict Veggie diet followers - but you seem to have managed very well and very sensibly.

I think I better duck out of this one before I end up having both the vegans and the Atkinsers after my hide!
