Wow, I got an R!

I would like to add that I no longer have the scalp problem. My scalp is "fresh". No dandruff. No more layers coming off. That stopped a few months ago. Hair is coming in along the edges where there wasn't any. No more shedding. I still take kelp.

In fact, I used to shed after a liver flush before I learned about this forum. I did one last Sunday. I didn't have hair in my hands on Monday.

Listen to your body. Give it what it needs. Stop giving it what it doesn't want. Review your diet. Clean out your other channels of elimination.

Most importantly, be patient.
