my zeta blog got swallowed, but i found this on my hard drive. not sure if the links work, but the two sites are ebay and/or sciencelab.com, just put "potassium citrate" in the search engine.
----------------------------------
If you go to Dr. TC McDaniel’s clinic in Cincinatti, you will have a high zeta potential electrolyte solution administered directly to your bloodstream via IV. However, most of us cannot get to Cincinnati, so what do we do? Luckily we have the works of Thomas Riddick to rely on. Riddick is the researcher that inspired Dr. McDaniel to look into zeta potential after he suffered a heart attack in his fifties. Today Dr. McDaniel is 94, vibrant, alive, and still practicing medicine.
Riddick made two key discoveries about mixing up water with high zeta potential.
1. The exact ratio of electrolyte to water to be mixed to ensure high zeta potential
2. Water drank on an empty stomach is absorbed directly into the blood stream.
The second point is critical, because this means that we don’t have to rely on IV transfusion to raise our blood’s zeta potential!! We can just drink high zeta water on an empty stomach, and that will move into our bloodstream and charge up those blood cells!
The Recipe
1 Gram of Tripotassium Citrate (or other negatively charged electrolyte)
1 Liter of water, Reverse Osmosis or Steam Distilled
Measure out exactly one gram of the electrolyte using a digital scale, add to exactly one liter of water, shake it up, and drink it down!
The water should have less than 10 parts per million total dissolved solids, which reverse osmosis or steam distilled usually does. I get my filtered water from a machine at my local health coop. The machine uses reverse osmosis, UV light, carbon filter and micron filter. Many regular grocery stores now have these type of machines. I measured the water I got out of that with a TDS (total dissolved solids) meter, and it measured 6 ppm, so it will work fine. I assume that water from any quality reverse osmosis machine will work just fine.
Its important to get the water/electrolyte ratio EXACT. Too much electrolyte or too little will affect the zeta potential. Do its precisely.
This water should be drank on an empty stomach for highest efficacy. Best time is first thing in the morning.
This protocol is meant to be a long term life style solution, and includes more than just drinking this water. It also involves eschewing processed foods, avoiding ALL aluminum, eating organic, etc. I will post more on these things later. If you try this recipe let me know!!
NOTE - I am researching the affects of exposing water to a south pole magnet and whether that affects zeta potential, if anyone has thoughts or info on that please let me know.

White Tiger found this tripotassium citrate on eBay. I don’t know how pure it is, but if you cant afford the USP grade this will probably be ok.

There are plenty of places to get a digital scale from, this one looks good. Its probably best to get one that reads to the 1/100th of a gram, but one that reads to the 1/10th of a gram will be ok.
