I am allergic to pollen, grass, dust mite year around. And then, I have a sensitivity to other enviornmental substances which flactuates from time to time.

My symptoms are congestion, nose and throat, hoarse voice, chilliness- even in summer times, snezzing, occasional mild headach, eczema, and sometimes, brain fog. I have bloating and gas during bedtimes, eating a lot of garlic allows me to sleep. My diet is usually clean from Sugar and junk. I do nasal irragation that is where I get temporary relief.

I consulted a few allergists and ENTs, but no improvement what so ever.
