Today I am really dizzy. Whenever I move my head a certain way I feel like I am going to fall over. I looked online briefly and read a little about vertigo. I have gotten dizzy before every now and then. Anyone have any ideas of what could cause dizziness? I'd like to add that I am nursing (for 19 months now) and also think I may have some vitamin deficiences.
