Yes!

Most importantly, drink lots of water. You can drink water except for within 20 minutes of any of the Epsom Salt drinks, or not for 4 hours after the oil/citrus drink. This will reduce nausea and help move toxins out of your system before they can be reabsorbed.

Also, if you have nausea, try drinking ginger tea.
