Metals come out both in urine and feces. (and sweat too, I belive)
Feces is preferred because the metals dont cause as much damage through this route, kidney tissue is very delicate and can be damaged.

eg. selenium supplementation is known to push out metals into urine.

Chorella binds the metals into fecal matter though.

Slow and steady with any chelation!
