Hulda Clark 's protocol calls for NO food or drink after 2pm. Anybody going almost 24 hours without fluids would dehydrate even if they weren't taking Epsom Salts that pull water into the bowels from the body.

Drink all the water you can get into your body during flushing except 20 mins before and after each flush cocktail.
