Nausea: put ginger powder in the OO. If you have to vomit go ahead, the OO (Olive-Oil) works in the first 20 minutes.
When I started out I used Alka Seltzer GOLD, see Dr.Kelley's flush at top of page under cleanse. I had it next to my bed and took a sip. After awhile I realised I never needed it anymore, first time most people are nervous, but afterwards it is just like any other day.
