don't be afraid. it is worth the benefits! i have been suffering from food sensitivities for almost two years now, and i just did my first flush last night. already i can tell you that my sensitivities have lessened and i expect after two or three more they will be all gone!

definitely do not follow Hulda Clark s no drinking rule. i was so dehydrated the other night when i did it. my mouth and lips were all cottony and white. i was so dehydrated the next morning i couldn't even poop. i didn't take the Epsom Salts in the morning either.

the only thing i should definitely warn you to expect is a lot of nausea from the oil. i think my next flush i may reduce the oil intake. i didn't throw up but it was really uncomfortable to say the least. but a little nausea never killed anyone!! i passed over a hundred pea sized stones...probably thousands of really tiny ones, and a few decent sized ones. i wasn't expecting to pass anything and i did!
