I have trouble not eating either so I changed to Dr.Kelley's flush, see cleanse top of page.
What I do
2 pm and 5 pm the Epsom Salts
7 pm blueberries with heavy whipped cream (creates bile)
9-10 pm the OO (Olive-Oil) mixture

Since having done a lot of flushes I add ginger powder to the OO (Olive-Oil) for nausea.
I also drink water throughout the day 20 minutes away from the concoctions.
