Grey hair is sometimes copper deficiency. Blackstrap molasses would be very good, taken with apple cider vinegar or lemon. (do you have any wrinkles as well?) However, sometimes this isnt enough, so add wheatgerm oil (cold pressed, in dark bottle, stored in fridge - it rancidates quickly) or some organic cocoa. When taking wheatgerm be sure to include a fish oil to balance out Vitamin A and D which can be leeched when taking the vitamin E found in the wheat germ.
Do you have any other ailments that would preclude copper supplementation?
B-vitamins are good, but dont take too much as they eventually start to 'stress' the body in high amounts, they're water soluble so you 'wee' them out mostly (hence the bright yellow colour). A good source of natural B would be yeast flakes, but B-50 or B-100 taken for a few weeks wont harm you (assuming no other problems). Just take a break after that.
Good luck!
