I will tell you do not eat anything before flush. It will only harm you. Think this way, you do not want your system in digestion mode till you put all that olive oil in your stomach. This is when your liver and gallbladder will dump in the bile into your intestines, with it goes all the stones. That is why you should eat apples or apple juice for whole week prior to doing the flush, because that helps make your duct a bit wider. So please don't eat, if you do postpone your flush. You can have very bad experience if you eat before flush.
