I don't believe this artical speaks specifically to the Master-Cleanse as it states on a juice fast - which I imagine would produce lower levels than the lemon/syrup drink (unless of course it's a pineapple juice fast hehe). Also, the timing & amount you had would be a factor too.

How is your blood glucose level normally?

I'd be curious to compare the results using molasses w/ the maple syrup to see if there is really a significant difference.

Thanks for posting your results - I hope others post theirs too as I've often wondered how the Master-Cleanse drink affects blood glucose (but am not curious enough to invest in a meter). :D
