I wouldn't have thought it wise to put lard on your skin, extremely pore blocking! If you want to lessen the colour of the scars I'd suggest using aloe vera gel on your face after cleansing, it takes a long time before you will see an improvement though. Or you could try using lemon juice on your face nightly. For pitted scars there are few options: some form of cosmetic surgery or collagen injections
