I've done the Hanna Kroeger liver cleanse. She has you drink apple juice for 2 days and then at the end of the second day you drink 1/2 cup olive oil. I did this and sleep right through the night. I was expecting tossing and turning and hunger and everything. All that happened was I couldn't wait to drink something other than apple juice. It worked quite well. That was my first and tomorrow I'm doing my second since it went so well.
