Hello,

I was wondering how your surgery went. I have two hemangiomas, one measuring 12.5 x 9 x 13 cm. I will be having it resected in two weeks. Perhaps you could give me an idea what to expect in terms of outcome and recovery time. How are you doing now?

Good luck with pregnancy! I found out about my hem. incidentally during a laparoscopy after I already had one child. After much agonizing we decided to get pregnant again anyway. Fortunately it did not grow much during pregnancy. However, it's grown significantly since then, which is why the surgery is on the horizen. It sounds like you made the right choice, since I've seen more literature recently about growth during pregnancy.

Fortunately I have not had as much pain and discomfort as it sounds like you had. What an ordeal to not get it diagnosed in a timely manner!
