As you may know, I posted previously about "trying" a couple of days of the fast, just to see how I would react to the lemondade drink and expressed concern about my glucose level.

This article is VERY specific:
On the first day of fasting, the blood sugar level drops below 70 mg/dl. To restore the blood to the normal glucose level, liver glycogen is converted to glucose and released into the blood.

I was testing my blood sugar level constantly and it rose from the the low 100's to over 150. At no time was it below 100 during the day or or the following morning for the couple of of days I applied this. If anyone else has tested during this initial 2 day time period I would welcome your personal results.
