Hi I had a gallbladder Surgery Jan 3,2003. I was so unsure to go with it or just for another attack.
Now I am so glad I did it because I have been suffer from a back pain and I have-not been my self for the past three years, now I am a new person I got my energy back and my self.

My diet I have to becarfull, I have-not eaten like I used to I started to be picky I donor eat spices, fat, I drink a lot of liquids, I should start exercising.

So far so good
