Good post. People should definitely be careful with iodine. I think it is prudent to consider the loading tests, using one of the kits available from Dr. Flechas or the like, for about $ 100.

Of course one should also be careful crossing the street, chopping onions, inserting enema tubes, baiting a hook, dealing with criminals, speaking in public, talking with in-laws, removing stuck toast from the toaster with a fork, picking up snakes, and swimming, among other things.

I think it is good that you share this information.
