I used Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) instead of Sea Salt . I can't drink an entire quart of extrememly salty water so I got the Epsom Salt. It is very bitter but you only need 8 oz of water. Is this accomplishing the same type of cleansing? I have been running to the bathroom all day just as I would have with the Sea Salt . Thanks for your advice!
