After exhaustive debating on the various forums...& after review of the Svent-Georgi assays, AND in lieu of V's ingestion of Iodine in the KI form, I'm determining if KI might be a 'better' Iodide supplement rather than Lugols - at least after sufficiency is achieved...which according to Fletchas, Brownstein & Abraham is 3 months at 50mg.

1 gram of Iodine was not taken by Dr. Svent-Georgi...1 gram of KI was taken. Lugols is 5% I2 & 10% KI.
