Thanks Countrygirl. I visited the website and tried to research the herbs she has there. There is not much information about them. Have you taken them? I am a little wary of new herbs that I can not find out more information on. On a more positive note, I passed about 15-20 more stones. Most of them were about sesame size but a few were pea size. I was so excited! I am going to do the cleanse again in a few weeks but I also want to try to break them up or soften them. Any ideas?

P.S. I feel much better today then I have in awhile. More energy too! I also drank 2 glasses of warm water this morning about 20 minutes before breakfast.
