lol, that makes me feel sorry for all the vegetarians out there then. i changed my diet for getting rid of Acne by eating all raw - even eggs.. sure, it went away, but cravings like a #!#$%^$#%^$%^$ .. lol

some tips for fasting -

1) go to a friends house where you usually never eat
2) distract yourself with LONG movies
3) try doing some physical activity. dont overdo it though if you're not eating that much.
