I am flattered you call my writing a "style". I do not have one, and do not have skills and time to write a poem.

Also advices I have posted were tested on ME first, than some of these on my family and a few friends. So far - all OK.

And now "Gross to some, sensible to me. " part. Nasal wash is also called neti kriya and is the part of kriya yoga (that is advanced body hygiene). I practice neti following way:
every morning I collect my own urine, clean my mouth and rinse it with u.; after that I might drink from half to a full cup. I use for about quarter of the cup for the wash and it does as good job as a cup or two of salted water. And I store the rest of my u. to use later for another purpose. For a few past years I have never had my nose blocked or running.

BTW, the clay compress is very good local detoxication procedure. Let me know if you want to hear more about it.
