I've been on a fairly fat-free diet for 4 months (mainly rice, beans, fruit, veges), as well as Coptis, Gold Coin Grass, and every herbal pill I could find that had something in it to help gallbladder/liver. A few days ago I tried eating 1-1/2 teaspoons total of olive oil, with the same amount of lemon juice, spread out over 10 hours. By the end of the second day, my indigestion was so bad that I couldn't sleep. How do people do the olive oil/lemon juice cleanse when they can't digest fats? Has anyone been successful using some kind of product that helped the gallbladder and liver enough so they could do the cleanse?
